This revised guidance covers many issues that are applicable for a COVID Secure premises under any of the COVID Regulations, but it should be noted that under Tier Two (High Risk) requirements, many premises either cannot meet the tougher requirements of 'a table meal' so cannot open, or may decide not to open anyway.
The toughest measures are targeted in areas where the virus is most prevalent or where we are seeing sharper increases in the rate of infection.
