A key decision is one which is likely to:-
(a) result in the Council incurring significant expenditure or making significant savings (in terms of the Council's budget for the service or functions to which the decision relates)
(b) be significant in terms of their effect on communities living or working in an area covering two or more wards in the Council's area.
The Forward Plan is updated and published on a regular basis.
