Grants and Loans to Improve Your Home Energy Efficiency

Somerset Retrofit Accelerator Project

Facilitated by the Climate team at Mendip District Council, Mendip Tree Wardens are a district-wide network of volunteers connected by their enthusiasm for trees and wildlife.
Mendip District Council is working in partnership with Frome, Glastonbury and Bruton Town Council's along with the other District Councils in Somerset, The Green Register and the Centre for Sustainable Energy.
In June 2021, Mendip District Council invited applications for funding for small projects that support climate change and ecological benefits in the community.
Our Climate Ecological and Emergency Group have identified a series of actions that they would like to take forward in response to declaring a Climate Emergency in Mendip.
