Due to Covid safe measures the numbers of attendees who can be accommodated at meetings remains restricted. If you do wish to physically attend a meeting as a member of the public you must contact Democratic Services at DemocraticServices@mendip.gov.uk to register your attendance. This is so that the available capacity can be monitored and access carefully controlled. If you do not register your intention to attend in this way, you may not be able to physically access the meeting. Anyone wishing to attend who experiences any COVID symptoms must not come to the meeting, but can continue to observe the proceedings online.

6 GAMBLING STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES
Consultation has taken place over a 4-week period and the Board is to consider any comments from the consultation prior to making any recommendation to Full Council.
7 HACKNEY CARRIAGE FARES REVIEW
The trade has been consulted and the Board is to consider the results of that consultation prior to making any recommendation to Full Council.
8 LICENSING FEES REVIEW
A review of the discretionary licensing fees has been carried out and the Board is to consider any changes to be made prior to making any recommendation to Full Council.
9 LICENSING UPDATE
A verbal update will be given on the work undertaken by the team since the last meeting.
10 URGENT BUSINESS
To consider any other business which the Chair decides is urgent.
