EU Settlement Scheme

If you are an EU citizen, you can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after 30 June 2021.

The EU Settlement Scheme allows EU citizens and their family members to get the immigration status they need to continue to live, work and study in the UK. This status means they will continue to be eligible for public services, such as healthcare and schools, as well as public funds and pensions.

There is lots of advice to be found on the GOV.UK website about applying for EU Settled Status.  All Settlement Scheme guidance is available in 26 European languages, visit this page to choose a language

Travelling to the EU
