6 MENDIP HEALTH AND WELLBEING BOARD UPDATE
The Council chairs, facilitates and coordinates the work of the Mendip Health and Wellbeing Board to improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities within Mendip. This is an update on progress and next steps.
7 COVID-19 EMERGENCY GRANTS AND LOANS - REVIEW
The Monitoring Officer will give a verbal update.
8 OUTTURN BUDGET MONITORING REPORT

9 DEVELOPMENT OF THE MENDIP BUSINESS SUPPORT HUB
This paper provides information regarding the Mendip Business Support Hub which will re-focus the way services are provided to businesses in the District that are seeking support and advice from the Council.
10 LOCAL PLAN - LOCAL DEVELOPMENT SCHEME
This report seeks approval for an updated Local Development Scheme and follows a recommendation agreed at Cabinet on 6 January 2020 to review the adopted Local Plan.
11 SOCIAL HOUSING DELIVERY PROGRAMME
This report is a statement of intent to initiate a programme to commence delivery of the Council's corporate objective to provide more affordable and social housing in the district. The programme focuses on the potential of the Council's land assets.
12 WEED MANAGEMENT PLAN
In September 2019, it was reported to Cabinet, that whilst the Council's use of Glyphosate was limited, there was a further opportunity to remove it entirely from use within the Ground Care and Street Scene environments and a replacement sought to allow a suitable weed action plan to be put in place.

17 IMMEDIATE PROVISION OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING POINTS
This report outlines findings of the procurement exercise requested at February's Cabinet, in seeking suppliers willing to apply EV charging infrastructure at no cost to the Council. If there is a wish to discuss the confidential Appendix Three, a vote will be taken on whether to take this item into confidential session. See item 19.
18 BOYLE CROSS - RESPONSIBILITY AND LAND OWNERSHIP
This report seeks the endorsement of Cabinet to lease or transfer the land at Boyle Cross in Frome in its entirety to Frome Town Council (FTC). If there is a wish to discuss the confidential Appendices 1 and 2, a vote will be taken on whether to take this item into confidential session. See item 19.

Cabinet is asked to consider whether a resolution should be passed to exclude the press and public from the meeting during discussion of the appendices attached to items 17 and 18 on the grounds that exempt information (as defined in Schedule 12A Local Government Act 1972) of the following description is likely to be disclosed:
information relating to any individual
information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual
information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including those of the Council).
