7        SAFE AND HEALTHY HOME POLICY

The purpose of this report is to present a review of the Safe and Healthy Homes Policy for adoption.  The policy was agreed in principle by Cabinet in October 2020 pending adoption by Full Council.

9        APPOINTMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT PERSON TO THE SOMERSET JOINT INDEPENDENT REMUNERATION PANEL

The Council has carried out a recruitment exercise for the position and would now recommend that John Dodson be appointed for an initial 3-year term.
