Notification for Prior Approval for development consisting of the provision of temporary school buildings on vacant commercial land and the use of that land as a state-funded school for up to 3 academic years
NOTE: Prior notifications are not planning applications but are confirmation of the intent to take up 'permitted development' rights.
In order for your application to be accepted as valid you need to comply with the National Requirements set out below:
Application Form or written description of the proposed development.
A plan indicating the site and showing the proposed development. A plan drawn to an identified scale will assist in assessing your development proposal.

The Local Planning Authority is required to determine whether prior approval will be required as to:
- transport and highways impacts of the development,
- noise impacts of the development,
- contamination risks of the site,
- flooding risks on the site, and
- the siting and design of the development,
It is highly recommended that any information relating to these matters is submitted with the application as there will be insufficient time to request and consider such information within the mandatory 8-week process.

All submitted plans must be to a recognised scale, plans that include the words 'Do Not Scale' will not be registered.
