Confirmation of Compliance with Planning Conditions Application Checklist
It is possible to request written confirmation that a condition attached to a planning permission has previously been complied with.
In order for your application to be accepted as valid you need to comply with the National Requirements. There is no application form so you will need to provide the following details:
- the planning application number
- details of the conditions the application relates to
- a contact address, email address and telephone number for the applicant
- any evidence or information to demonstrate that the condition complied with

Please note that any confirmation given would be without prejudice to any ongoing requirements of any condition (eg to maintain soft landscaping for a period of 5 years following completion of the planting scheme).
All submitted plans must be to a recognised scale, plans that include the words 'Do Not Scale' will not be registered.
Advice for hard copy applications -
2 sets of paper documents need to be provided.

To ensure your application is processed and validated quickly, please DO NOT INCLUDE SIGNATURES or any personal information that requires redacting within any of the plans or accompanying documents other than the application forms.
If information of a personal nature needs to be submitted as a material consideration, please include this in a separate document clearly marked as such.
