The Treasury Management Outturn Report reflects on the performance against the Treasury Management strategy for the 2017/18 financial year.
11 COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE REVIEWS
This is a report on the two stages of consultation on the community governance reviews for the parishes of Street and Cranmore. The matter has been considered at each stage by Cabinet, and it is for Council to make the final decision.
12 PETITION WITH REGARD TO CAR PARKING IN FROME
The Council has received a petition regarding the proposal to introduce Sunday Car Parking charges in Frome.
13 BOYLE CROSS PARTNERSHIP

14 TAXI POLICY
The Council has had a Taxi Policy since 2013 and has consulted on the draft of a new Taxi Policy to replace the existing one from 1 October 2018.
15 GAMBLING STATEMENT AND PRINCIPLES
Mendip must adopt a Statement of Licensing Principles under the Gambling Act 2005, for each 3 yearly period.
16 CHANGES TO THE CONSTITUTION
This report describes amendments of specific elements of the Council's Constitution. These amendments concern the Standards Committee and Responsibility of Functions; Scheme of Delegation to Officers.

Members can submit motions to Council in accordance with the Constitution.
