1 CHAIR'S ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mobile phones should be switched to silent. An induction loop is fitted in the Council Chamber. Anyone who is a hearing aid user should switch their hearing aid to position 'T'. The Chair will explain the evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency

6 SPOTLIGHT ON CONNECTING DEVON AND SOMERSET
The purpose of this report is to update Scrutiny on the current status of the Connecting Devon & Somerset programme (CDS), including rollout, performance management and contractual matters, and alternative provision for funding in rural areas, including voucher provision.
7 CORPORATE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT REPORT QUARTER 1 2019/20
This report provides a summary of the high level actions and projects that support the delivery of the 2017-2020 Corporate Strategy, Shape the District, as at Q1 2019/20.
