The Chair will give details of the evacuation procedures.  
The induction loop for hearing aid users will be explained. 
Mobile phones should be switched to silent.

10     TREASURY MANAGEMENT STRATEGY - 2019/20 MID-YEAR REVIEW

This report reviews the treasury performance for the first 6 months of 2019/20.

11     2018/19 REVISED OUTTURN REPORT

The report outlines the revised Outturn position for 2018/19 and outlines the resultant alteration to the General Fund Reserves.  These revised figures were included within the Statement of Accounts and were given an unqualified audit opinion and were approved by the Audit Committee on 30 October 2019.

12     REVIEW OF POLLING DISTRICTS AND POLLING PLACES

Local authorities are statutorily required to divide every constituency into polling districts for the purposes of UK Parliamentary elections, to designate a polling place for each polling district, and to review these at least once every five years.
