To approve the minutes of the Council meeting held on 20 May 2019.
8 UPDATE ON PROGRESS TO ADDRESS THE CLIMATE AND ECOLOGICAL EMERGENCY
This paper reports the progress that the Council is making to meet the commitments of the Climate and Ecological Emergency declaration made on 25 February 2019.
9 2018/19 TREASURY MANAGEMENT AND COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT OUTTURN REPORT
This Treasury Management Annual report reflects on the performance against the Treasury Management strategy for the 2018/19 financial year. In addition, this report also includes the outturn position of the Commercial Investment Strategy as at the 2018/19 year end.
10 HEART OF THE SOUTH WEST JOINT COMMITTEE GOVERNANCE REVIEW
This report provides an update for the Constituent Authorities on the Joint Committee's governance arrangements and budgetary position for 2019/20.
11 REVIEW OF POLLING DISTRICTS AND POLLING PLACES
A report to review designated polling places for each district as is statutorily required for the purposes of UK Parliamentary elections.
12 NEW ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE INDEPENDENT PERSON APPOINTED TO THE STANDARDS COMMITTEE
The Localism Act 2011 requires the Council to appoint at least one Independent Person whose views will be sought when making decisions about allegations that
Councillors have breached the Council's Code of Conduct.
