Mobile phones should be switched to silent.
An induction loop is fitted in the Council Chamber. Anyone who is a hearing aid user should switch their hearing aid to position 'T'.
The Chair will explain the evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency.

This report reviews the treasury performance for the first 6 months of 2018/19
9 DISCRETIONARY BUSINESS RATES RELIEF POLICY 2019-20
It is proposed that the established discretionary policy continue for 2019/20.
10 SOMERSET WASTE PARTNERSHIP - DRAFT BUSINESS PLAN 2019-24
The Somerset Waste Board is required to annually approve a rolling five-year business plan (covering the period 2019 to 2024).
11 SOMERSET WASTE PARTNERSHIP - RECYCLE MORE UPDATE
This report summarises progress in procuring a new collection contractor (and hence delivery of Recycle More).
