1 CHAIR'S ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mobile phones should be switched to silent.
An induction loop is fitted in the Council Chamber. Anyone who is a hearing aid user should switch their hearing aid to position 'T'.
The Chair will explain the evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency.

6 HEALTHY WESTON PROGRAMME
A presentation will be given by the Healthy Weston Interim Programme Manager
7 COUNCIL TAX SUPPORT POLICY FOR 2019/20
Following an Officer and Portfolio Holder review over the summer of 2018, it is recommended that the Policy remain unchanged for 2019/20.
8 EQUALITY OBJECTIVES 2019-2023
This report outlines the achievements of the Member Equality Steering Group over the past four years. It also identifies some ongoing actions. Finally, it identifies the proposed Equality Objectives for the next four years.
9 OUTSIDE BODY ARRANGEMENT
Cabinet will be given an opportunity to review a number of the arrangements for Member representations on strategic partnerships and outside bodies. This month Cabinet will be asked to review the following:
- Mendip Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Partnership Committee - Councillors Tom Killen and Mike Pullin
- Mendip Community Support - Councillor Simon Davies
- Mendip Quarry Advisory Group - Councillors Alan Townsend, David van Dyk and Bryan Beha
- Mendip YMCA - Councillor Philip Ham
