Mobile phones should be switched to silent.
An induction loop is fitted in the Council Chamber. Anyone who is a hearing aid user should switch their hearing aid to position 'T'.
The Chair will explain the evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency.

Representatives from Fusion Lifestyle will attend the Cabinet meeting on 8 January to present an update of achievements and future plans and investments, and respond to questions.

Cabinet is asked to consider whether a resolution should be passed to exclude the press and public from the meeting during item 14 on the grounds that exempt information (as defined in Schedule 12A Local Government Act 1972) of the following description is likely to be disclosed:
Category 1 - information relating to any individual
Category 2 - information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual
14 IRRECOVERABLE ARREARS
The Board is asked to consider the arrears (individually shown in an appendix which will be distributed at the meeting) which are submitted as irrecoverable for the reasons stated, and to write off the sums shown
