6 COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE LEVY
This report updates Cabinet on the issues with the introduction of a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) in Mendip.
7 MTRS BUDGET MONITORING 2016/17 - QUARTER 1
The report summarises the forecast outturn position of the Council's Medium Term Resource Strategy for the 2016/17 financial year, based on Quarter 1 projections.
8 QUARTER 1 CORPORATE PERFORMANCE REPORT
This report provides an overview of the Council's performance up to the end of Quarter 1 (30 June 2016) relating to the strategic priorities and objectives of the Corporate Plan, and key delivery enablers.
9 PROPOSED FINANCIAL AND GOVERNANCE MODELS FOR THE WELLS RECREATION GROUND TRUST
This report summarises the findings of the CDC report and the next steps. The recommendation is that the Trust adopts the preferred financial model as set-out in the CDC Report. This would make the conservation needs of the barn the key priority, deliver a larger barn improvement scheme and explore opportunities for enhancing the recreation ground.
10 MAKING THE BEST OF DEVELOPMENTS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE COUNCIL INCLUDING THE FUTURE OF THE CIVIC SITE
This report briefly summarises the recent developments and potential opportunities that exist to further develop the Civic Site and the Shape Mendip brand.
