Rode Neighbourhood Plan: passed at referendum and now in force

The Rode Neighbourhood Plan was passed at referendum on 18th July 2017 and is now a formal part of the development plan.

The Plan has yet to be "made" by Mendip District Council, and is due to be discussed at the Cabinet meeting on 7th August.  However, due to a recent change in the legislation, the Neighbourhood Plan will be considered a full part of the development plan for the area from 19th July 2017.
