Building Control - Exempt Building Works Enquiry Form

Certain domestic buildings are exempt from control under the Buildings Regulations. This form will enable you to provide detail that will allow us to determine whether a submission is required.

Once we have determined whether the works are controlled, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 the information you have provided will be held for the purposes of considering your application/request etc. The information may be disclosed to statutory and non-statutory consultees as well as any member of the general public who wishes to view the information.
