Walks for Health

Group walks for those who want to increase their physical activity levels. They can range from 20-40 minutes depending on the group but are most definitely less than an hour. The idea is to increase your fitness levels by starting with these gentle walks. All the walks are led by qualified walk leaders. One stays at the front of the group and one stays at the back. This way everyone is able to walk at a pace that is comfortable for them
