Shopmobility

Shopmobility is a service which provides, on loan, manual and electric wheelchairs and electric scooters for shopping or entertainment purposes. It is available to anyone with limited mobility.

The Shopmobility unit in Street is located in the main entrance car park to Clarks Village Shopping Outlet off the A39 where there are dedicated disabled parking bays.

A small charge is made to help cover the cost of providing the scheme.

Costs

Currently the equipment costs:

£3.00 a day for electric wheelchairs and scooters
£1.50 a day for manual wheelchairs

Opening Times

The Shopmobility Centre at Clarks Village, Street is open every day from 9.00am to 4.30pm and 10.00am to 4.30 pm on Sundays

Holiday hires are also available subject to availability

Using The Equipment

Full training on how to use the equipment will be provided by experienced staff when you collect your vehicle.
