Mendip Built in Quality Awards 2009
Mendip Building Control are holding their annual awards ceremony on the 17th April. The awards recognise projects of the highest standards, not only with regard to the product itself but also taking into account matters such as health and safety, compliance with relevant legislation and customer satisfaction.
The awards cover different categories of building and types of work, such as domestic extensions, commercial/public buildings, works to a listed building, and new housing. A full list of categories will be published on the Council's website. Nominations will be made by the Area Surveyors, with the winners being decided by a panel of judges. The main criteria for nomination will be that the project has been approved and completed.
Attendance is by invitation only.
